Given :   lines 3y=-2x+3 and 5x-5y=1 is

To find : product of slopes of lines

Solution:

y = mx + c  is a line where slope = m

3y=-2x+3

Diving both sides by 3

=> y  =  (-2/3)x  + 1

hence m = -2/3

Slope = -2/3

5x-5y=1

=> 5y = 5x - 1

Diving both sides by 5

=> y  =  x  - 1/5

hence m = 1

Slope = 1

Product of slopes of lines  =  (-2/3)(1)  = -2/3

product of slopes of lines 3y=-2x+3 and 5x-5y=1 is   -2/3
