Answer:

The required number is 63

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the two digit number be 10x+y

As per given data,

xy=2(x+y).................(1)

10x+y-27=10y+x

rearranging terms we get

9x-9y=27

dividing both sides by 9

x-y=3

x=y+3...................(2)

using (2) in (1) we get

(y+3)y=2(y+3+y)

y^2+3y=4y+6

y^2-y-6=0

(y-3)(y+2)=0

y=3,\:-2

y=3 (digits can't be negative)

put y=3 in (2), we get

x=3+3=6

The required number

=10(6)+3

=60+3

=63
