we can solve this as X ×(-4/9)=-28/27
X=7/3
X=7/3

Let the other no. be x....... ATQ.====>>> ....-4/9× x= -28/27................ x = -28/27× -9/4.........
( do the cancellation ) ... The ans. Is 7/3......
