As those negative integral numbers are consecutive,
Therefore
if one of them is - x other must be -(x+1 )

Now,

According to your question,

(- x) × {- (x+1)} = 600

 {x}^{2}  + x = 600 \\ \\ {x}^{2} + x - 600

By using mid term split technique,

 {x}^{2} + 25x - 24x - 600 \\ = x(x + 25) - 24(x - 25) \\ = (x - 24)(x + 25) \\ \\ \\ x - 24 = 0 \\ x = 24 \\ \\ and \\ \\ x + 25 = 0 \\ x = -25
Therefore the two numbers are -25 and - 24.
and the smaller one is -25.

two of them are = -15

and= 10

Other will be =❌

-15 × 10 × ❌ = -600

-15×10= -150
