This statement is false . As

if you take two consecutive positive numbers like 2 and 3 and there product be 6, then it is not properly devisible by 10.

Now lets take another example 3 and 4 as two consecutive positive numbers and there product be 12, which is also not properly devisible by 10.

Hence, justified
