Let the other number be x.

x  \div ( -  \frac{15}{14} ) =  -  \frac{16}{35}

 =  > x =  \frac{ - 16}{35}  \times ( -  \frac{14}{15} )

 =  > x =  -  \frac{8}{3}

Hence, the other number is (d) -8/3
