Given that

the product of two rational numbers

( \frac{ - 3}{8}   \times  \frac{1}{2} \div  \frac{1}{2} {)}^{ - 1}    \\  \\ ( \frac{ - 3}{8}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{2}{1} ) {}^{ - 1}  \\  \\  = ( \frac{ - 3}{8} ) {}^{ - 1 }  \\  \\  = (  - \frac{ 8}{3} )
now if the one number are

=
 = (( -  \frac{3}{2}  {)}^{ - 1} ) {}^{ - 1}  \\  \\  = ( -  \frac{2}{3} ) {}^{ - 1}  \\  \\  = ( -  \frac{3}{2} ) {}^{ }
now

 -  \frac{3}{2}  \times x =  -  \frac{8}{3}  \\  \\ x =   - \frac{8}{3} \times   \frac{ - 2}{3}   \\  \\ x =  \frac{16}{9}  \: ans
