HERE'S YOUR ANSWER FRIEND,

◾LET ONE RATIONAL BE x.

◾ GIVEN ANOTHER RATIONAL NUMBER = -4/3

◾ ALSO, GIVEN PRODUCT OF THE TWO RATIONAL NUMBERS = -16/9

==> x X (-4/3) = -16/9

==> x = -16/9/-4/3

==> x = 4/3

IS THE REQUIRED RATIONAL NUMBER.
