Let x be the other rational number

\longrightarrow \sf x \times \bigg( \frac{ - 5}{48}  \bigg) = \frac{50}{56} \\  \\\longrightarrow \sf x=  \frac{50}{56}  \times \bigg( \frac{ - 48}{5}  \bigg) \\  \\\longrightarrow \sf x=  \frac{10}{7}  \times \bigg( \frac{ - 6}{1}  \bigg) \\  \\\longrightarrow \boxed{\orange{\sf x =-  \frac{60}{7} }}
