Let the present age of the man be y years ,
and that of either son be x years ;

Average = (y+x+x)/3
30+3 = 2x+y
90 = 2x+y
y = 90-2x

Ratio
= y:x = 5:2
y/x = 5/2
2y = 5x
y = (5/2)x

90-2x = (5/2)x
(5/2)x + 2 = 90
(9/2) x = 90
x = 10

y = (5/2)x
y = (5/2)×10
y = 25
=======================
Hence the present age of the person is 25 years.
