the quality and quantity of people of a country determines its human resources.
the quantity of human population in a country determines its ability to grow as population is less.the country can be controlled and developed easily but when the population is more the it is hard to develop.
the quality is that about education and job...when a country's population is mostly illiterate the development would be hard and it lags down....but when the country's population is mostly literate ,it is easy to bring new inventions and lead it to developed country.
