There 4 Queens , 4 jacks in a pack of 52 cards .
QUEEN :-
1) spade
2) clubs
3) diamond
4) hearts
JACK :-
1) spade
2) clubs
3) diamond
4) hearts
10 spades include 1 queen and a jack
so total cards removed
= 10 + 4 + 4 - 2
= 16
remaining number of cards
= 52 - 16
= 36

Sry but it's not specified that those 10 spades includes queen and jack as there are total 13 spades . So we cann't say whether it is numbered one or hack or queen
its already mentioned that the queen and jacks are removed
that means the queen and jacks of spade is also removed
