\sf{Step-by-step \: explanation}

Let the child's age be x

Then the man's age will be x+20

10 years later...

Father's age= x+20+10= x+30

Son's age= 2(x+10)

x+30= 2x+20

x-2x= 20-30

-x= -10

As minus will cancel each other then,

x= 10

Present age...

The boys age before 10 years = x, which means 10 years.

The man's age before 10 years= x+20, which means 30 years.

The child's age= \boxed{10}

The father's age = \boxed{30}
