Option D

Dividend = (divisor * quotient) + remainder

dividend = 403*100+58 = 40358

As we know that from Division Algorithm:

Dividend = Divisor ×quotient + Remainder

Here

quotient =403

Divisor = 100

Remainder =58

put all these values in the algorithm

x= 403 \times 100 + 58 \\  \\ x = 40300 + 58 \\  \\x  = 40358 \\  \\
So, option D is correct.

hope it helps you.
