- Let the height be h cm
- Therefore, height of the 1st cylinder=h and height of the 2nd cylinder=2h
- we know that surface area of the cylinder=2πrh
- Ratio=surface area of 1st cylinder÷surface area of 2nd cylinder
- 2×π×3x×h÷2×π×2x×2h
=3÷4
therefore, ratio will be 3:4
