Radius on top = 28 cm

Radius at the bottom = 8 cm

Height = 15 cm

Find the difference in the radius:

Difference = 28 - 8 = 20 cm

Find the slanted height:

As shown the diagram

a² + b²  = c²

c² = 15² + 20²

c² = 625

c = √625

c = 25 cm

Answer: The slanted height is 25 cm
