Given that,

The Radius of the 1st circle(r₁)=8cm

                      2nd circle(r₂)=6cm

let the radius of required circle = r cm

According to question,

Area of the first circle=πr²

                                  =π(8)²

                                  64π

Area of the second circle=πr²

                                         =π(6)²

                                         = 36π

Now,

Area of required circle=Sum of the area of both circles

Area of required circle=36π+64π

πr²=100π

r² = 100

r =  10 cm

Hence,

The radius of the required circle=10cm

Hope u like it.
