The radii of two concentric circles are 13cm and 8cm . AD is a diameter of the bigger circle. BD is a tangent to the smaller circle touching it at D . Find the length of AD

Its simple...!  since the larger circle has radii 13cm and AD is its diameter.
 therefore, AD=2*radii
                       =2*13
                       =26cm
