Hello sir!
Radius of the bigger circle R1 = 21 cm
Radius of smaller circle R2 = 7cm
Area if the ring = π(R1²-R2²)
= π(21²-7²)
= 22/7(441-49)
= 22/7 ( 392)
= 22×56
= 1232 Cm².
Therefore area of the ring = 1232 cm².

Let R=21 cm and r=7 cm
Area of the ring = π(R²-r²)
⇒Area= (22/7)[(21)²-(7)²]
=(22/7)(441-49)
=(22/7)(392)
=22×56
=1232 cm²
Therefore, the area of the ring is 1232 cm .
