The radii of two cylinders are in the tatio 2:3 and the ratio of their heights is 5:3 find the ratio of their curved surface area

Curved Surface Area = 2pi*r*h + 2pi*r^2 = 2*pi*r(h+r)

Ratio = 2*pi*r(h+r) / 2*pi*r(h+r) = r(h+r) / r(h+r) = 2(5+2) / 3(3+3) = 2*7 / 3*6

= 14/18 = 7/9

Ratio is 7/9
