let radii of first cylinder be 2x and that of second cylinder be 3x
Now,let the height of first cylinder be 5h and that of second cylinder be 4h
Formula of CSA of cylinder=2pi.r.h
Ratio of csa of both=CSA of cyl. 1/CSA of cylinder 2
=2.pi.r1.h1/2.pi.r2.h2
=2x.5h/3x.4h=10/12=5/6
Hope the answer is right
Cheers
