Step-by-step explanation:

let the ratio factor be x for radii then,

r=2x

R=3x

and let the ratio factor be y for heights then,

h=4y

H=5y

Curved surface area of a cylinder=2πrh

∴2πrh=2π(2x)(4y)------1

 2πRH=2π(3x)(5y)-------2

1 divided by 2

2π(2x)(4y)   =   8xy

2π(3x)(5y)       15xy

                  = \frac{8}{15}

∴the ratio of their curved surface areas is 8:15
