let radius be 7x and height be 2x

so, volume = 8316 m^3
volume of cylinder

\pi {r}^{2} h = 8316

\pi \times {49x}^{2} \times 2x = 8316

98 {x}^{3} = 8316 \times \frac{7}{22}

 {x}^{3} = \frac{8316}{98} \times \frac{7}{22}

x = \sqrt[3]{27}

x = 3

So, radius of cylinder = 3×7 => 21cm
