The radius and height of a cylinder are in the ratio of 7 : 2

The volume of the cylinder is 8316 cm³

\huge\underline\mathrm{To\: Find:-}

Find the radius and height of the cylinder = ?

\huge\underline\mathrm{SoLution:-}

Let the radius and height of the cylinder be 7x and 2x

We know that, the formula to find the Volume of cylinder is πr²h

According to question :-

Volume of cylinder = πr²h

\implies 8316 = \large{\sf {\frac{22}{7}}} (7x)² x (2x)

\implies 8316 = 22 \times 14x³

\implies x³ = \large{\sf {\frac{8316}{22 \: x\: 14}}}

\implies x³ = 27

\implies \huge\bf{x = 3}

Radius and height of cylinder are :-

Radius = 7(3) = 21 cm

Height = 2(3) = 6 cm
