Answer:

from mathmom28,h=21,r=6

tsa=h*pi*d=21*(22/7)*12=792

+2*22/7*36=226.28 if it is closed at both ends

Hola mate

Here is your answer -

Given :-

  • The radius and height of a cylinder are in the ratio 7:2
  • The volume of the cylinder is 8316cm³.

To find :-

  • find the total surface area of the cylinder ....?

Solution :-

we have,

Radius/Height = 7/2

r = 7h/2

Now,

Volume of the cylinder = πr²h

π(7h/2)² × h = 8316cm³

22/7 × 7/2 × 7/2 × h³ = 8316

h³ = 8316/11 × 2/7

h³= 108 × 2

h³ = 216

h = 6cm

Then,

r =. 7h/2

r = 7/2 × 6

r = 7 × 3

r = 21cm

Hence, the ratio total surface area of a cylinder is 21cm.
