as we know the formula

volume of the cylinder= π r^{2} xh

         19404    =22 /7 x 18 x^{3}

\frac{19404 x 7 }{22 x 18}=x^{3}

x^{3} =343

x=7

radius = 2x =2 x 7=14

hight   =3x  =3 x 7=21
