So ,
=> New radius = r + 1
and new diameter = 2 ( r + 1 )
=> New circumference = 2 π ( r + 1 )
=> Ratio of the new circumference to the new diameter is
=> 2 π ( r + 1 ) / 2 ( r + 1 )
=> π : 1
