Answer i) distance travel in 1 revolution = 2πr x1

= 2x22/7x42

=264cm

ii) distance travel in 50 revolution

=264x50

=13200cm

iii) distance travel in200 revolution

= 264x200

=52800cm

SO,

1) DISTANCE COVERED IN ONE MINUTE = 2πR

= 2 X 22/7 X 42

= 264CM.

= 264/100

= 2.64M

2) SO THE DISTANCE TRAVELED IN 50 REVOLUTION = 264 X 50

= 13200CM.
= 13200/100
= 132M.

3) SO THE DISTANCE TRAVELED IN 200 REVOLUTION = 264 X 200

= 52800CM.

= 52800/100

= 528M.
