radius with road=56+7=63
area without road = 56*22/7=8*22=176
area with road =63*22/7 =198
area of road =198-176=22

Radius of circular ground is 56m

Width of road inside is 7m

so Radius of inner circle = 56- 7 =49m

Hence
Area of Road = Area of outer circle - Area of inner circle
 = \pi(56) {}^{2}  - \pi(49) {}^{2}  \\  = \pi((56) {}^{2}  - (49) {}^{2} ) \\  = \pi( 3136 - 2401) \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 735 \\  = 2310m {}^{2}
Hope it helps you
