the radius of a racing ground is 280 M. How many rounds will one have to make in running a distance of 17.6 kilometre.

Firstly find the circumference of the ground
=2×3.14× 280
=560×3.14
=1758.4 units
Covert total distance into metres
=17.6 km=17600metres
Divide total distance by the circumference
=17600÷1758.4
= 10 ( approx)
