The radius of a semicircular garden is 35 m. One has to walk how many metres to make one complete round of that garden?

As we know that,  

Circumference of semicircle = \pi r

Whereas,  r is the radius

Therefore,

Distance to walk all around the ground  \left( d \right) -

 d = \pi r + 2r

 d = \frac{22}{7} \times 35 + 2 \times 35

 d = 110 + 70 = 180

Hence one has to walk 180 \; m to walk all around the garden once.
