Elephants are larger than micebecause they have more cells, not because the cells they have are larger.Cells come in many sizes. However, it is the type of cell that dictates the sizenot the animal it resides in. A mouse's heart cells will be roughly the same size as an elephant's heart cells.

Yes, according to the statement the size of cells must be same.  Just because an animal is bigger in size does not mean the cell size is bigger. It only means that the number of cells is more in bigger animals than in smaller ones.
