Let V1  and V2  be the volumes of first and second sphere respectively. Then,

\frac{v_{1} }{v_{2} }=\frac{\frac{4}{3}\pi r^{3}  }{\frac{4}{3}\pi (2r^{3})}  = \frac{1}{8}
