radius of sphere be x then volume of sphere is
4/3 pie x power 2 and now radius is increased 10% then new radius is 100x/100+10x/100 is 110x/100

now volume is 4/3 pie (110x/100) Power 2
then,it is 4/3 pie (121x power 2 /100)
change is 4pie/3(-21x power 2/100)
so percentage is the change/initial value*100
finally value is 21 Percent increase
