Answer:We know that balloon is in the form of sphere

TSA of sphere 1÷TSA of sphere2

=4πr^2÷4πR^2

=r^2÷R^2

=7^2÷14^2

=7×7÷14÷14

=1×1÷2×2

=1/4

Therefore the ratio of areas of balloons in two cases=1:4

Hope it helps
