first find the circumference of the wheel and then divide distance with it . 22 km × 1000 = 22000

hello users ......

we have given that :
the radius of wheel of a bus is = 0.70 m

we have to find :
how many revolutions will it make in covering 22km.

solution:-
we know that :
circumference of circle = 2
πr

here,
the circumference of wheel of bus = 2
× 22/ 7 × 0.70

= 44 / 7 × 70 / 100
= 3080 / 700 = 4.4 m

now
the Distance of 22 km in meter = 22 * 1000 m = 22000 m

to complete this distance the revolution of wheel =total distance traveled / circumference of circle

= 22000 / 4.4

=  5000 turns
