r/h= 2/3
therefore , 3r= 2h
=> h=3r/2
           ___________(i)
πr²h=1617
⇒ πr²h* 3r/2
⇒r³ = 1617×7×2/22×3
⇒ r³ = 343
r= 7 cm
∴h= 10.5cm
and TSA = 2πr(r+h)
∴ TSA = 770 cm²
