It would be 2.1 cm.

See A cube has Equal length in all its edges...

Now let us look at the base of the cube→4.2×4.2

So the Diameter of the largest circle would be 4.2cm...
→radius=4.2/2=2.1cm

So The radius of The Largest Right circular cone that can be out from the edge of a cube is 2.1 cm...
+ its height would be 4.2 cm itself...

Hope it Helps...

Cube of edge 4.2 cm

⇒ All the length of the sides are equal, at 4.2 cm

⇒ The longest possible length for the  diameter of the cone will 4.2 cm

Find the radius:

Radius = Diameter ÷ 2

Radius = 4.2 ÷ 2 = 2.1 cm

Answer: The largest radius possible is 2.1 cm

ADDITIONAL INFOMRATION:

Largest possible height = height of the cube = 4.2 cm

Largest possible volume = 1/3 πr²h = 1/3 π (2.1)²(4.2) = 19.404 cm³
