Both spheres are made of same metal so melting and boiling point of bith spheres will be same. when they will be heated and will be placed in same surroundings then decrease in temperature for sphere with radius 2R will be doubled as compared to sphere with raduis R. It is due to the process of conduction under which heat transfers from hot body to cool body. As they are placed in same surrounding, both of them will be at same temperature with surrounding at equal time. So, bigger sphere will spread out more heat in lesser time.
