the rain which falls on a roof of 40 long and 88 M wide was collected in a cylindrical tank of radius 14 cm if the rain Falls 10 cm on a particular day calculate the rise of water level in the tank due to rain

Volume (cuboid formed by rain water ) = volume (cylinderical tank)

LBH = 22/7 × r^2 × h

40×88×10=22/7×14×14×h

400/7=h therefore h= 57.14cm

i.e,water level = 57.14cm
