We know to find any term we use

Tn=a+(n-1)d

So,here we have two equations

4500=a+(11-1)d

6900=a+(21-1)d

By solving,we get d=240 that is annual increement

and putting this value in any above equations we get

a=2100 that is starting salary

Tn=2100+(30-1)240

We get tn=9060 that is your answer
