Let the sides be 1k and 3k.
Given, area = 3/4 hectares
= 3/4×10000m^{2}
= 7500 m^{2}
L*B= 7500
1k*3k= 7500
3k^{2}=7500
k^{2}=2500
k= 50.
Therefore,
l= 3*50= 150m
b=1*50=50m
Perimeter= 2(l+b)
= 2(150+50)
= 2 (200)
= 400m
Hope it helped!
