✰✰ ANSWER ✰✰

\longmapsto\tt{Length=7x}

\longmapsto\tt{Breadth=5x}

\longmapsto\tt{Perimeter=144m}

Using Formula : -

\longmapsto\tt{\small{\boxed{\bold{\bold{\red{\sf{Perimeter\:of\:Rectangle=2(l+b)}}}}}}}

Putting Values : -

\longmapsto\tt{144=2(7x+5x)}

\longmapsto\tt{144=2(12x)}

\longmapsto\tt{\cancel\dfrac{144}{2}=12x}

\longmapsto\tt{72=12x}

\longmapsto\tt{x=\cancel\dfrac{72}{12}}

\pink\longmapsto\:\large\underline{\boxed{\bf\green{x}\red{=}\blue{6}}}

So , The value of x is 6m...

Now ,

\longmapsto\tt{Length=7(6)}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{42}

\longmapsto\tt{Breadth=5(6)}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{30m}

Using Formula : -

\longmapsto\tt{\small{\boxed{\bold{\bold{\pink{\sf{Area\:of\:Rectangle=length\times{Breadth}}}}}}}}

\longmapsto\tt{42\times{30}}

\longmapsto\tt\boxed{1260{m}^{2}}

So , Area of Rectangular Plot is 1260m²...
