total surface area of first cube=6×(3x)^2
=6×9x^2
=54x^2
such that total surface area of second cube is 24x^2
so,ratio of surface area is 54x^2:24x^2

volume of first cube is (3x)^3 which is 27x^3
volume of second cube is (2x)^3 which is 8x^3
