The ratio between the perimeter and the breadth of a rectangular field is 5:1 if the area of rectangle is 216 square cm what is the length of the rectangle

5x × x = 216

5x² = 216

x² = 216/5

x² = 43.2

x = √43.2

hence,the ratio 5x is the bigger value which is the length.( the length is always bigger than breadth).

∴ 5x = 5 × 6.57

       = 32.85 cm
