Radii of one cylinder =2x

Radii of other cylinder=3x

Height of one cylinder= 5x

Height of other cylinder= 4x

Ratio of their C.S.A =

 \frac{2\pi \: rh}{2\pi \: rh}

 =  \frac{2\pi \:(2x)(5x)}{2\pi \:(3x)(4x)}

 =  \frac{10 {x}^{2} }{12 {x}^{2} }

 =  \frac{5}{6}

=5:6
