let the first term is a and common difference is d

then

3rd term is a+2d

7th term =a+6d

ATQ

(a+6d)/(a+2d) =12/5

5a+30d=12a+24d

7a=6d

a=6d/7

ratio of 13th and 4th term is

(a+12d)/(a+3d)

put value of a then

90d×7/27d×7

=10/3
