ANSWER:-

Given:

The ratio of ages of Ram & Gopal is 3:4.

The difference between there ages after 2 years will be 10.

To find:

How old are they?

Solution:

⚫Let Ram's age be R.

⚫Let Gopal's age be R.

The difference between their ages after two years will be 10.

According to the question:

The ratio of the ages of Ram & Gopal is 3:4.

So,

⚫The age of Ram's 3R

⚫The age of Gopal's 4R.

Therefore,

=) (4R+ 2) - (3R+ 2) = 10

=) 4R+ 2 - 3R -2 = 10

=) 4R - 3R = 10

=) R = 10

Thus,

The age of Ram's 3× 10 = 30 years.

The age of Gopal's 4× 10= 40 years.

Hope it helps ☺️
