answer is c , as

it doubles after every 12 mins . and there are 5 times 12 minutes in one hour , so they will double each time so , after an hour

x×2×2×2×2×2 ( let's x were in beginning of hour)

so the ratio would be

32x/x = 31:1

hope it helps

Answer:c) 32:1

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's say the number of bacteria you initially have is "a."  The number of bacteria doubles every twelve minutes, which means that it doubles 5 times in an hour.  You have(2)(2)(2)(2)(2)a=a∗2^5=32a at the end of the hour.  You started out with only a.  This means your ratio is 32a/a = 32.
