According to the given question:

There are totally 8 parts made out of the alloy,

1) 5parts is copper ;

2) 3 parts is zinc....

Also given that:

1) 5 parts of alloy.....30.5g

then,2) 3 parts of alloy....?g.

Let the required weight be X.

# X= ( 30.5×3)÷5

# X= 18.3g..

So, the required weight of zinc is 18.3 grams......
